Zalo Notification Service (ZNS) is an online customer care solution from Zalo, in order to improve the service experience for customers who are using Best Express services.. Through the ZNS channel, OA accounts can send notices, transaction information, automatic notifications and other customer care information to all customers who use Zalo.

The application is operated through API technology between servers, helping businesses increase their ability to interact, connect and transmit information quickly and efficiently. ZNS allows businesses to send content with diverse and customized designs for each customer built into the system and can be combined with the features available on the enterprise’s OA.

By connecting with ZNS service, BEST Express can directly inform service customers about the journey and order status in real time. Guests will receive detailed information about the estimated delivery time, collection costs and related information.

At the same time, ZNS also allows customers to send direct messages to BEST Express’s Zalo Official account to evaluate the service. Or users can send feedback in case something goes wrong. Two-way interaction helps businesses quickly access information and promptly support customers.

User information is also protected by ZNS to the fullest extent. Enterprise data will be transmitted through Zalo API server using HTTPS security protocol. After that, personal information of users will be secured with AES data encryption standard. By using Access Token according to OpenAPI standard to access API, the right to exchange information of businesses and Zalo is more tightly controlled.
