Heartbroken the letter the man left before hugging his son to commit suicide

Hoi An City Police, Quang Nam shared with Vietnamnetidentified the father holding his daughter commit suicide by jumping at noon on 17/5.

According to initial information, the man was identified as Mr. Mai Xuan B. (29 years old) and his daughter as Mai Ngoc Dieu L. (6 years old). Father and son live at motel 70, Nguyen Trung Truc street, Da Nang city.

As of 12 noon on May 18, the authorities have not found the baby who was carried by his father when he jumped to his death in Quang Nam.

It is known that the weather in the area where the incident happened had strong winds and large river water, and the functional forces had to mobilize all kinds of overseas fishing nets to search for the baby’s whereabouts.

As soon as he received the bad news, the wife of the victim Mr. B went to the place where the incident happened. However, the wife is currently fainting and should be monitored and treated at the hospital.

“The initial cause of the incident was a husband and wife dispute. Currently, we are focusing our forces to try to find the missing child,” Colonel Dinh Xuan Nghia – Hoi An City Police Chief shared with Health and Life.

After the heartbreaking incident happened, on social networks circulated suicide letters believed to be left by the man who left his wife before hugging his 6-year-old daughter and jumping into the river to commit suicide.

The content of the letter is as follows:

In addition to the letter to his wife, the man also wrote a short letter to his poor daughter:
