Prosecution of former director of Tay Ninh Department of Health

Along with the decision to prosecute the case, the Investigative Police Agency of the Ministry of Public Security prosecuted 9 defendants for the crime of “violating regulations on bidding, causing serious consequences”, issued a search warrant and applied other measures. deterrent against these defendants.

Defendant Hoa Cong Hau was the former director of the Health Department of Tay Ninh province.

The defendants include: Hoa Cong Hau (SN 1962), former Director of the Health Department of Tay Ninh province; Le Thanh Lu (SN 1966), former Deputy Head of the Department of Planning and Finance, Department of Health, Tay Ninh province.

In addition, the investigating agency also prosecuted Nguyen Phuoc Thien (SN1976), former General Director of Saigon South Investment and Consulting Joint Stock Company; Bach Thi Dieu Hien (SN 1984), employee of NG Co., Ltd (now LTQ Hi-tech Co., Ltd.).

In addition, the accused are also prosecuted in this case: Hoang Thi Thuy Nga (SN 1975), Chairman of the Founding Council; Doan Thi No (SN 1990), former Deputy Head of Project Department; Nong Thi Bich Suu (SN 1973), former Deputy Head of Project Department; Phung Thi Duong (SN 1986), former Head of Project Department; Hoang Ngoc Hong Phuc (SN 1983), former Deputy Director of the Customer Relations Department, these defendants are all members of the New Success Journey Group Co., Ltd. (NSJ Group).

The CQD determined that the above accused had committed “violating regulations on ensuring fairness and transparency in bidding activities, causing serious consequences for State property”. In which, the defendants Hoang Thi Thuy Nga, Doan Thi No, Nong Thi Bich Suu, Phung Thi Duong, Hoang Ngoc Hong Phuc were prosecuted and applied preventive measures in the case that happened at the Can Tho Department of Health.

After the Supreme People’s Procuracy (Case 3) approved the procedural documents, the Investigative Police Agency of the Ministry of Public Security organized the implementation of the above decisions and orders to ensure compliance with the law.
