But, Resources to help students with mental health problems are overwhelmed. Ms. Thao said that the current staff of Call Center 111 is not enough to support all students with many problems. There are many children who want to share stories via Zalo, fanpage, but the Call Center can only respond by phone.

At school, the activities to support students’ psychology have been better recently, some schools already have a school counseling room. However, according to Ms. Thao, these rooms are often overloaded, especially in public schools where there are only 1-2 psychologists per thousands of students; or have not fully played their role.

Emphasize the people closest to you, especially your family and school. Ms. Thao said that parents must learn to timely grasp issues related to the mental health of their children. And schools need to organize forums suitable for each risk group, such as forums about learning pressure, exams with 9th grade students; changes from primary to secondary school for 6th graders; changes in psychophysiology for students in grades 7-8. There, students need to be free to share their problems and listen to advice from teachers and experts.
