Accordingly, after receiving information about Mr. Bui Dinh Trong (who lives in residential quarter 6, Nghia Tan ward, Gia Nghia city) threatening reporters while working in the area of ​​Ca Sau waterfall, the police agency organized clarify the content of the case. Gia Nghia City Police issued 2 decisions to administratively sanction Mr. Trong with a total amount of VND 7.5 million. In particular, a fine of 2.5 million VND for the act of “provocative, insulting, insulting the honor and dignity of others” against Mr. Nguyen Quoc Don (a cadastral officer of Nghia Tan ward). At the same time, a fine of 5 million dong was imposed because Mr. Trong had “threatened, threatened, insulted, insulted the honor and dignity of public servants” towards the reporter of Tuoi Tre Newspaper.

In addition to the fine, the police force forced Mr. Bui Dinh Trong to publicly apologize to the cadastral officer of Nghia Tan ward and the reporter of Tuoi Tre Newspaper.

As reported by Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper, on April 8, Mr. Nguyen Tai Dai made a report to the provincial police and the Department of Information and Communications of Dak Nong province about someone calling to threaten “to cut off his wings”. hand” when researching and writing articles about land and construction violations in Gia Nghia city.

According to Mr. Dai’s report, on April 5, he went to survey and work with Gia Nghia city authorities on leveling, illegal construction, blocking the crocodile waterfall to build the illegal works.

On the evening of the same day, Mr. Dai was threatened by a person calling his name Trong, calling: “You give the newspaper properly, but they can’t do anything even if they check it. I accept to give you money to cut off your wings. I’m not afraid of anything. Next time write properly, or I’ll squeeze my head…”.
