Previously, on May 13, the police received a report from the family of Mr. Giang Cong Thuy (born in 1975, residing in Tan Thanh ward, Ninh Binh city) about the thief breaking into the house and stealing a computer. laptop (15 million dong) and 41 million dong in cash.
Right after that, the police investigated, verified and clarified and determined that Toan was the culprit who caused the incident. On May 16, Toan was arrested while hiding in Dong Da district (Hanoi).
At the police station, Toan confessed that on May 12, he was driving a motorbike from his lover’s house in Dong Da district (Hanoi) to Ninh Binh city. At about 1:30 am on the morning of May 13, Toan rode his motorbike to the residential area, left his car at the beginning of the alley, and wandered around to see that the first floor door behind Mr. Thuy’s house was not locked, so he broke in and stole property went to a pawn shop in Trieu Khuc (Thanh Tri district) to pledge money for personal consumption.
It is known that Nguyen Trong Toan has 2 previous convictions for property theft and has not been cleared of criminal records.
The case is currently under further investigation.
