According to the general progress, the schools will complete the education plan for the second semester before May 25, 2022; end the school year before May 31, 2022.

To prepare for the high school graduation exam in 2022 and enrollment in preschools, grades 1, 6 and 10 in the school year 2022-2023, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training requires schools to withdraw experience in organizing exams and enrollment in 2021, paying attention to raising the sense of responsibility in the process of performing tasks of officials, teachers and employees.

Schools need to appoint qualified and capable officers, teachers, and staff to participate in exam administration, marking, examination inspection, etc., according to the assignment decision of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training; at the same time, actively review and complete the conditions of physical foundations and equipment for the exam.

The Hanoi Department of Education and Training requires schools to strengthen coordination with students’ parents to arrange a reasonable time for students to review, especially paying attention to students in grades 9 and 12; ensuring effective review organization but not causing overload; closely manage students at the end of the school year.

In particular, schools absolutely must not suggest students’ parents to support and contribute to exams and enrollment in any form.

According to the plan, enrollment to preschool, grade 1, grade 6 in the school year 2022-2023 in Hanoi will take place from the beginning of July, 2022 in the form of online and face-to-face. The entrance exam to the 10th grade of high school for the school year 2022-2023 will be held on June 18 and 19, 2022.

The high school graduation exam will take place on 7 and 8 July 2022.
