Two businesses that have won the land auction are Dream Republic Joint Stock Company (established in October 2017) and Sheen Mega Joint Stock Company (established in November 2019).

According to Mr. Giao, the reason is that measures have not been taken forced because two businesses have no money in Bank account. These are also two newly established businesses that have not had any transactions.

The Deputy Director of the Tax Department of Ho Chi Minh City said that the effective implementation of the coercive measure in the form of deducting money from the bank accounts of the two businesses will be valid for 30 days from the date of issuance of the enforcement decision.

If beyond the above time limit, the bank accounts of the two enterprises won the auction If there is still no money or not enough money, the tax authority will issue a notice to stop using invoices.

As VietNamNet announced that Dream Republic Joint Stock Company won the auction of land lot number 3-5 (area of ​​6,446m2) at Thu Thiem new urban area. This business has to pay 3,820 billion VND land use fees and 500 million VND of registration fee for the area performing commercial and service functions.

Sheen Mega Joint Stock Company is the winner of the auction of land lot 3-8 (area of ​​8,568.1m2), must pay 4,000 billion VND in land use fees, exempt from paying registration fee according to the guidance on registration fee for residential land area.

On April 7, the two businesses mentioned above submitted a written request to extend the time to pay the winning land auction, related fees and fines for late payment to September 2022.

Specifically, in April 2022, the two businesses will pay 15% of the total amount. The months of May, June, July, August each month pay 17% and September 2022 will pay the entire remaining amount. However, the request for payment in installments was not approved by the authorities.

By April 22, the two enterprises have committed in writing to arrange finance to pay land use levy and late payment interest within 180 days as stipulated in clause 1 of this article. sale contract property auction. In the immediate future, we will pay 100 billion VND before April 30 to show goodwill. However, past this time limit, the two enterprises still did not comply.

The Tax Department of Thu Duc City has also sent a debt reminder to two businesses about the amount to be paid for the first installment before May 6. After this time limit, if the enterprise fails to comply, the tax authority will conduct enforcement of the bank account according to regulations.

Currently, two businesses winning land auctions are being charged a late payment fee of 0.03%/day. The late payment interest of the first installment is calculated from February 6, and the late payment of the second installment is calculated from April 7. For each day of late payment, the two businesses have to pay 2.3 billion dong.

If by July 6, 2022, that is, after 180 days from the date of the decision to recognize the auction winner, the two businesses mentioned above still do not pay enough money to the budget, the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City will cancel the auction winning result. .
