In the clip, a 3-year-old child is hanging out of an 8th floor window. Noticing the incident, a man named Sabit Shontakbaev, 37, climbed out of the 7th floor window to save the girl.
The guy used one hand to firmly hold the door, the other hand grabbed the girl’s leg and gradually hugged her whole body. Fortunately, he later successfully rescued the 3-year-old girl. After carefully handing the girl over to his friend, the man climbed inside.
It is known that at the time of the incident, the girl’s mother was shopping and left her alone at home, so the girl climbed out the window by herself.
Despite being a “hero”, but after the incident, Sabit did not wait for her mother to return to thank her but quickly left because he did not want to be late for work. Later, Sabit Shontakbaev was commended by the city mayor for his act of bravery. The Deputy Minister of Emergencies also presented him with a medal.
