Previously, from March 1, HoSE stopped providing proprietary trading data.

On the side of the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX), a leader representative said that HNX is currently trying to implement the work to publish proprietary trading data under the direction of the State Securities Commission. “HNX needs more time to prepare technically, because this data has not previously been separated by the Department; However, all work is being implemented expeditiously and HNX will certainly announce to ensure the deadline assigned by the State Securities Commission (May 23)” – the HNX leader informed.

Previously, with the approval of the leaders of the Ministry of Finance, the State Securities Commission sent a written request to the Exchange Vietnam Securities (VNX) directed HoSE, HNX to disclose information at the end of the trading day about the total volume and total value of proprietary trading for each stock.

Also in this document, the SSC directs HoSE and HNX to require listing and trading organizations within 24 hours from the time the stock price rises to the ceiling or falls to the floor for 5 consecutive sessions or more to report. disclose company-related information that affects stock price movements. The Stock Exchange concurrently publishes the content of the explanation report of the listing organization/organization registered for trading on the Department’s website.

The State Securities Commission requested the Stock Exchanges to organize the implementation of the above solutions before May 23.
