According to market research firm MarketsAndMarket, technology market blockchain – Blockchain Vietnam will reach 2.5 billion USD in 2026, which is 5 times higher than the current rate. With the increasing popularity and possible application in many fields, the Blockchain industry has fallen into a state of hot growth and accompanied by a “thirst” for personnel.

According to Mr. Nguyen Manh Khoi – General Director of Koru Capital, the problem of blockchain is a common problem of hot growing technologies when the demand outstrips the existing human resources. Therefore, to solve the problem will need to popularize the technology and create an abundant supply.

According to the information technology market report 2021, every year universities in Vietnam are providing 55,000 information technology students. Some schools have also included Blockchain in their formal training programs, so the problem of personnel supply and demand in this field is forecasted to be solved within the next 2-3 years.
