Ho Chi Minh City police concluded that Miss La Ky Anh stole a Rolex watch

On May 18, Ho Chi Minh City Police said that it had just completed the investigation conclusion and proposed to prosecute La Thi Anh (stage name La Ky Anh, SN 1990; living in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City) on the crime of “Theft of property property”.

The conclusion of the investigation shows that Mr. Nguyen Minh Tan (SN 1997, living in District 3) knew La Ky Anh through social networks in August 2021. After that, Tan asked the driver to drive him through Sunrise City apartment (Tan Hung ward, district 7) to meet Ky Anh. After this meeting, Mr. Tan invited her to his house to play.

During the conversation, Ky Anh was told by Tan about the value of branded wristwatches displayed in his room. Among these, Tan introduced her to a Rolex Daytona watch worth up to 90,000 USD.

At the third meeting, La Ky Anh secretly took a picture of a Rolex watch and asked the buyer to buy a fake watch like the real one for 13.5 million dong.

On September 11, 2021, Tan invited Ky Anh over to his house to play. Waiting for Tan to fall asleep, she swapped fake watches and put the real ones in her basket.

After appropriating the watch, Ky Anh took 1 billion dong for him TVT. All the money earned, she transferred the debt to an acquaintance because she borrowed it to invest in Forex virtual money.

A few days later, Mr. Tan checked and discovered that the Rolex Daytona had been swapped, so he went to the police station of Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3 to report.

As a person with related rights and obligations in the case, Mr. TVT asked La Ky Anh to compensate 1 billion VND, but so far she has not been able to fix it.
