According to the content of the case, Dang Su Quan is the legal representative of Hung Thinh Phat Company, signed a contract with Mr. Jen Yi Fan (Chinese nationality, deputy director of Bohsing Co., Ltd.) to build a factory and a restaurant. , garage and guard house.
