Through working at One Top massage facility, the investigative agency also determined that on May 14, Phu also asked HTTD staff (14 years old, hometown of Soc Trang province) to write a debit note for the amount of VND 71 million and on the 15th. On May 5, Phu continued to ask NTTT staff (25 years old, from Binh Duong province) to write a debt of 21 million VND.
