Initial information said that at about 11:20 am on May 19, Ms. HTTh. (residing in Da Son commune) ride an electric bicycle on Highway 46 in the direction of Do Luong town – Thanh Chuong district (Nghe An).
When going to neighborhoods 3 and 4 (Da Son commune), suddenly crashed into the door of a red car traveling in the same direction, just stopped on the side of the road (this driver was opening the door to get off the car). .
