The villain beat the old mother to death for 5 million dong

The office of the Tay Ninh Public Security Bureau of Investigation issued a decision on criminal detention of Nguyen Hoang Phi (SN 1978, living in Hoi Phu hamlet, Tan Hoi commune, Tan Chau district) for murder. The victim was identified as Mrs. NTH (78 years old, African biological mother).

Initial information, around 9am on May 16, Phi went to look for his personal belongings to get money but could not find it. Phi asked her mother, and Mrs. H. said that the clothes in the washing machine could not be taken out. Hearing that, Phi asked Mrs. H. to pay 5 million dong.

Mrs. H. said she had no money, so Phi got angry and used a shovel to dig the ground and hit Mrs. H.’s head several times, causing serious injury. Although she was taken to the hospital by a neighbor, Ms. H. did not survive.

The case has been transferred by the Tan Chau District Police to the Office of the Investigation Police Agency of the Provincial Police for handling.
