However, after 8 hours, the number of vehicles suddenly increased in the area of Hoang Van Thu park (Tan Binh district), leading to congestion of connection roads, especially on Pham Van Dong street. In addition to the increased number of vehicles during rush hour, many cases of non-observance of traffic lights also lead to congestion in the area.
