Virtual reality exhibition We Live in an Ocean of Air made by the Marshmallow Laser Feast (MLF) team – the world’s leading experiential art group. A pioneer in virtual reality experiences, MLF’s most recent project has brought visitors from around the world to California’s Sequoia National Park – a forest of giant sequoia trees. .

We Live in an Ocean of Air is a 12-minute virtual reality experience that takes visitors on an adventure through the forest on their breath to discover the life of a giant sequoia tree. In this amazing multi-sensory experience, modern technologies, like breath sensors and heart rate monitors, illustrate the cardiovascular system as a blinking red light that transforms the breath into tiny beads. ti. Ahead of the first Asia premiere in Singapore, We Live in an Ocean of Air launched a “sold-out” exhibition in 2018 at the Saatchi Gallery in London, which was extended twice due to popular demand.

Created by the intersection of art, science and technology, We Live in an Ocean of Air seamlessly blend the digital world with the physical space through a unique combination of technologies. Visitors at the exhibition will be provided with a personal set of equipment including a VR headset, a heart rate monitor, a breathing sensor and a body monitor that allows them to freely move around and interact with the air. surrounding space.
