I’m the youngest, but I’m less educated than my siblings, so I’ve been living in the countryside since I was a kid. After getting married, I opened a poultry farm 2km from my house. Every day, my husband and I go to the farm to work, but at mealtimes, we still go back to live with our parents for fun.

My parents are also devoted to my husband and I. It can be said that, out of 5 brothers, parents support family me the most. My two children are held and cared for by grandparents. When the children go to school, grandparents pick up and accompany them. So I am very grateful to my parents. In my heart, I have always determined that when my parents are old and weak, my wife and I will be the ones to take care of them.

My wife also used to respect and love her husband’s family. But since the year she built the house, she changed rapidly.

That year, my husband and I saw that my parents’ house had deteriorated, and every time it rained, we had to pick up pots and pans to catch water leaking into the house. The two of them discussed building a new house for their parents and family to live more comfortably.

The money to build the house was nearly 1 billion while the couple only had 500 million. So, she called my 4 siblings to borrow money. The brothers and sisters at that time did not have much money, so they all refused.

One of my sisters even blamed her for building a house on her parents’ land without discussing it with her siblings first. That’s why my wife was angry.

Three years ago, my mother started getting sick a lot. For nearly 2 years, my mother was hospitalized continuously. My brothers and sisters are busy with work and my wife and I work as freelancers, so the care of my mother at the hospital is shouldered by me and my wife. You only come on weekends.

When my mother was discharged from the hospital, it was the same. Every weekend, 4 families take turns to play with their mother. My wife has never complained about having to take care of her mother, but she is always angry about having to cook and serve her husband and siblings.

This caused the brothers and sisters to misunderstand that my wife was not good to my mother. When my mother passed away, she broke down crying in the middle of the funeral because she missed her mother, but her sister-in-law thought she was fake.
