Material:

2 pieces chicken breast, 4 cloves of garlic, 1 pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons cooking wine, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon sweet potato starch, 1 horn chili, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp paprika

Step 1: Preliminary processing

Rinse the chicken breast with water and then dry it for next use.

Then crush the garlic, peel it and mince it.

Halve the chicken breast in the middle and cut it into long strips.

Step 2: Marinate chicken breasts

Place chicken breasts in a bowl, add 2 tablespoons cooking wine and a pinch of salt. Then add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce. Add 1 teaspoon of black pepper and 1 teaspoon of paprika. Add minced garlic and 1 tablespoon sweet potato starch.

Mix everything, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step 3: Bake the chicken breast

Place the marinated chicken on the frying pan of the air fryer.

Set the temperature to 200 degrees Celsius for 18-20 minutes. Turn the chicken over half way through for even cooking.

Bake until the meat is fragrant, golden brown, then enjoy.
