Molly and Jaren Gracia, along with their 3 children, 13-year-old Lillie, 9-year-old Jaxton and 4-year-old Willow, from Texas, USA, have decided to move out of their home and live in a motorhome since 2019.
However, after a year of living in a mobile home, they realized they needed to upgrade the living space of the whole family.
With the amount of 55,000 USD, the couple bought the 37m . Heritage Glen 378FL motorhome2 and turn the car into a perfect home. It took them about 2 years to redo each room. Now, the house has all the luxury amenities such as a shower, a washing machine, a fireplace, a large screen like a movie theater.

Before the whole family decided to move to live entirely in a mobile home, Molly had a hard time taking care of the children by herself, because her husband was often away due to the nature of work.
They decide to buy a small motorhome for business trips, but Molly still hates the feeling of not being able to gather the whole family together. “I’d rather be with him instead of having a house with the kids and my room without pillows,” Molly told Insider.

So, they decided to sell their house, live in a motorhome full time so the whole family could be together. “We sold everything in the house, even the tableware,” recalls Jaren.
And after a year living in the motorhome, they decided it was time to get rid of the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom motorhome with a more lively space. Jaren said the estimated cost of the renovation was about $13,500. “It’s not like a cramped little motorhome anymore,” Molly says of her current home.
Starting from the master bedroom, the couple added natural wood panels to the headboard, as well as fitted new cheap lights to the ceiling. This renovation only costs 14 USD but the effect is unexpected – Photo: @weplusthreee/TikTok
They then remodeled the living room, replacing the original black couches (left) with a more refined brown leather sofa (right). With this change, the motorhome also becomes lighter because the old seat is very heavy – Photo: @weplusthreee/TikTok

After noticing that the bathroom also had wasted space overhead, Jaren decided to install a new shower, replace the sink, and especially build a second loft above to have more space for his children – Photo: @ weplusthreee/TikTok
Molly wanted a second entrance to the bedroom, so Jaren built a secret passage hidden behind a bookshelf. He explained: “I am a believer in hidden rooms and hidden doors” – Photo: @weplusthreee/TikTok

The family loves to watch movies, so decided to add a projector screen that can be “dropped” from the ceiling by remote control. Jaren said: “Now, every Friday, our whole family pulls out our screens and watches movies according to each member’s choice” – Photo: @weplusthreee/TikTok
As for the kitchen, they replaced most appliances with new nicer things like new oven, range hood, built a small dining area with table and benches, sink, side kitchen, space Archive – Video: @weplusthreee/TikTok
The couple often shares videos and photos of the mobile home on social media, attracting more than 54,000 followers on TikTok and 58,000 on Instagram.
Now, the family has basically finished the renovation and is enjoying life on the road. Every few months, they move to another state following Jaren’s job, but now they no longer have to endure being apart: “The house may always be, but once the door is opened, the frame The outside scene is always changing. And that’s what we love,” said Jaren.
