Information to VietNamNet, Chairman of the ward Nguyen Du Nguyen Duc Duong said that the two buildings above are owned by two different household owners, with the same address at plot 68 Nguyen Du. The fact that these two works were building nets at the same time, the ward has understood.

Specifically, the owner of the work with the signboard 68 Nguyen Du has applied for the renovation and repair of the building due to being degraded and affected by storms.

“People have applied for renovation and repair to the Ward People’s Committee for the purpose of repairing and renovating the exterior of the top floors (from the 7th floor to the terrace). The ward sent a construction inspector to the scene to record and make a record of the current status quo. The application for a renovation permit of the householder said that they applied for a windshield, renovate and whiten the outside, not build a new one. The repair does not affect the structure, height and number of floors.

Mr. Duc said, within its jurisdiction, the ward has approved in writing allowing the householder to repair and replace decorative materials as committed in the application.

“If we do not comply with the commitment, we will make a record and handle the violation,” Duc affirmed.

As for the project with the signboard 47 Lien Tri, the chairman of the ward Nguyen Du informed that the owner of this project is Nguyen Thi Thuan (over 80 years old). Mr. Thuan also has an application for renovation and repair to ensure the quality of the work because the part under construction has been degraded and affected by storms for many years.

“Checking the construction site, the ward instructed the householder to submit an application for permission to the Urban Management Office of the district according to its authority, because some construction items of the household head, we found that were not under the jurisdiction of the owner. Ward”.

At the moment, Mr. Duc said, both projects are temporarily suspending construction to complete the dossiers and papers in accordance with regulations.

“Households are renovating and repairing, not building new ones. If there is a violation of the construction order, the ward will handle it, coerce it, and request it to be dismantled,” affirmed ward Chairman Nguyen Du.

For more information, Mr. Giang Ngoc Thang (in charge of cadastral – construction) said that the construction inspection team of the ward had checked and made a record of the current status before the household head started construction.
