Ngoc Tuyet is currently the chief flight attendant of an airline in Vietnam. She is living and working in Ho Chi Minh City. Although she initially studied pedagogy, her fate brought her to the job of a flight attendant.
At the age of 27, Ngoc Tuyet knows that the choice of beauty contest will be somewhat limited compared to many other contestants. But from her own perspective, she said, it is pressure that creates diamonds. Because there is no time to do it again, she is even more determined in this “playground”.
Ngoc Tuyet’s determination is shown by the fact that she has scheduled a long time to practice the basic skills of a beauty contestant. The chief flight attendant said that during the epidemic, she scheduled a schedule from 6am to 10pm. In particular, body training is a top priority.

The secret of Ngoc Tuyet’s slim waist and hips is that she prioritizes exercises that affect the waist and hips more. The training time is flexible, so exercises without equipment are always the first choice.
To slim the waist, tighten the muscles, crunches will work on the upper and lower abdomen. You should do 30 reps in about 3 sets. Rest 10 seconds each set to maintain regular breathing. Next, you do more planks so that the entire abdominal area is tightened and toned.
The first days, start with a basic plank movement: keep your head straight, look forward, hands on the floor at a 90-degree angle, back and legs form a straight line, legs closed, toes tip.
You should try to hold this pose for 20 seconds and gradually increase it. As you get used to the upper plank position, you can change it by lifting each leg up, alternating between the two sides, increasing strength and tension for the abdominal muscles.
With the posterior expansion exercise, you can perform back leg kicks to tighten the glutes. Or a simpler exercise with basic and advanced squats with leg kicks, knees… to get effective in a short time.
