This company has an address at Dan Phuong industrial point, Dan Phuong commune, Dan Phuong district, Hanoi.

Specifically:

– The first product is the health food supplement Bo Hoan yang plus (lot number: SOLO: 02.2022, production date 11/5/2022, expiry date 10/5/2025).

This product is registered by Ngoc Nu Protect Health Trading and Service Co., Ltd., address in Nghe An, registered for product announcement, Receipt for registration of product announcement No. 6537/2021/DKSP dated July 18 2021.

The reason for the recall is that this product was manufactured at an establishment that has not been granted a certificate of food safety eligibility, meeting the requirements of good manufacturing practice (GMP) for health food.

In addition, the content of the product’s labeling is not consistent with the announced dossier, including: The manufacturer’s name is not listed as “Vinh Dien Pharmaceutical – Manufacturing Co., Ltd”; wrong composition (according to the publication profile: oyster shell powder, the finished product label says: oyster shell extract).

– The second product is Kumiko slim (advertised as a marshmallow to support weight loss) with the label of Pharma Quoc Anh Co., Ltd., address in Khanh Van village, Khanh Ha commune, Thuong Tin district, Hanoi.

This product has no batch number, manufacturing date, or expiration date. The reason for the recall is that the product is manufactured at an establishment that has not been issued with a Certificate of Eligibility for Food Safety.

– The third product is Apple Cider Vinegar Slim (lot number: 01.2022, production date 26/2/2022, expiry date 25/2/2025) label: health food Apple cider vinegar slim supports fat loss.

The unit responsible for the quality and distribution of this product is Dan Thy Import-Export Investment Joint Stock Company (address: 164/10 An Phu Dong Street 9, Quarter 1, An Phu Dong Ward, District 12). , HCMC).

– The fourth product is Nio Slim, the health food label Nio Slim supports slimming; on the label there is no name of the unit announcing or manufacturing the product. The product has no batch number, manufacturing date, or expiration date.

The reason for the recall of Slim and Nio slim apple cider vinegar products is that it was produced at an establishment that has not been granted a certificate of food safety eligibility that meets the requirements of good manufacturing practice (GMP) for health food. according to regulations and do not make product announcement according to regulations.

– The 5th product is Stony kidney tonic, yang, and physiological enhancement. Lot number: 03.2022, production date 12/5/2022, expiry date 11/5/2025.

The unit responsible for product quality and distribution is Ngoc Nu Protect Health Trading and Service Co., Ltd., located in Nghe An.

The reason for recalling Stony products is because it was produced at an establishment that has not been granted a certificate of food safety eligibility, meeting the requirements of good manufacturing practice (GMP) for health-protecting foods as prescribed/ the establishment is not granted a certificate of eligibility for food safety; do not make product announcement according to regulations.

The Food Safety Authority asked four companies, including: Vinh Dien Pharmaceutical – Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Ngoc Nu Protect Health Trading and Service Co., Ltd., Quoc Anh Pharma Co., Ltd., and Investment Joint Stock Company. Dan Thy Import-Export is responsible for recalling the above products under the supervision of competent state management agencies. The time limit for implementing the recall of the above products is from May 13 to 25.

Immediately after the end of the recall, the companies mentioned above are responsible for reporting to the Food Safety Department and competent state agencies on food safety in Hanoi, Nghe An and Ho Chi Minh City about recovery results.
