3-year-old son is living, his biological mother dies for unexpected reasons

On May 21, the leader of the People’s Committee of Tan An Ward (Buon Ma Thuot City, Dak Lak) said that he was verifying and clarifying the fact that the mother went to the ward to declare the death of her 3-year-old son while the baby was still alive. Before that, Ms. TTNP went to Tan An ward to carry out procedures for death declaration for her son, NHL (SN 2019). Mrs. P. declared that L. had pneumonia and died at home at 6:30 p.m. on May 4. After that, Tan An ward issued a death certificate to L. on May 11.

On the evening of May 19, L.’s father posted information on Facebook about the fact that he was still alive but was declared dead by his mother. Immediately, the authorities entered the verification.

The leader of the People’s Committee of Tan An ward said that Mrs. P. went to the ward to declare her son’s death with relevant identification documents. In the ward, Mrs. P cried, expressed grief and signed a commitment that what she said was true. Ms. P.’s household registration is in Tan An ward but temporarily resides in Tan Loi ward. The fact that Ms. P. went to register the death for her own son was at a sad time, so the staff was negligent and did not allow the head of the department to confirm.

After the incident, Tan Loi Ward Police invited Ms. P. to work. Ms. P. said that she had divorced her husband, but the two sides still often had conflicts and frictions. Mrs. P. declares her child’s death so that her ex-husband can’t see her child anymore.
