How does overtime due to workload happen?

Chai Sang, the author of the book “Another Kind of Genius”, once explained this point using his personal experience.

Chai Sang mentioned the concept of “21-minute time zone in the morning” in his book.

What does it mean? Meaning, if you get the most essential tasks done each morning, the rest of the day will be relatively easier.

Chai Sang says she has tested it many times and has found that setting the “primary time zone” to 21 minutes is the most effective.

Do creative work when the energy is at its best
