For transitional projects: the contract has been advanced since the end of 2021, until now the contractors are implementing construction, the first months of 2022 have not yet come to the payment period according to the contract to the contractor, so the disbursement has not been disbursed. .

In addition, a number of projects have problems with site clearance, especially land counting to compensate and support people.
