– Coconut

– Crocodile, dried onion; garlic; lemongrass; Chili.

– Water spinach, taro; Scallion; ship smell.

– Ginger, wine.

– Spices: fish sauce, salt.

– Rinse the duck with alcohol and ginger to remove odors. Then cut into bite-sized pieces.

– Marinate duck with a little spice, dried onion, garlic and minced lemongrass. Leave for 30 minutes.
