Then, on May 19, from the news of the public, the police of Loc Ha district in collaboration with the police of Phu Luu commune and specialized agencies discovered Ms. Trinh Thi Dung’s house (SN 1968, resident in Thanh Hoa village, Phu Luu commune) raised 03 pigs showing signs of illness but did not report it to the competent authority.

Applying Clause 3, Article 5, Decree No. 90/2017/ND-CP dated July 31, 2017 on the Regulations on sanctioning of administrative violations in the field of veterinary medicine, the functional forces have decided to impose administrative sanctions. for Mrs. Dung an amount of 1.5 million dong for hiding infected pigs.

6. A fine of between VND 5,000,000 and 6,000,000 shall be imposed for one of the following acts:
a) Transporting or disposing of sick and dead livestock and poultry and their products into the environment;
b) Trading in breeders infected with infectious diseases.
10. Remedial measures:
a) Forcible destruction of animals, animal products, animal carcasses and products thereof, for violations specified in Clause 6 of this Article.
