After being worked and explained by the Public Security Agency, Ms. PTL realized that her behavior was against the law.

Some individuals, due to lack of knowledge, limited legal awareness, along with the mentality of supporting Nguyen Phuong Hang, abetted the distribution of the above videos. This is a violation of the law.

Therefore, taking advantage of freedom of speech and online freedom to infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of others will be strictly handled in accordance with the law.
