In addition to sanctioning administrative violations, Thanh Hoa City People’s Committee also requires the investor to stop construction, within 90 days, to complete a dossier and request the competent agency to adjust the design for works that violate the law. offense above.

At the end of the 90-day time limit, if the Joint Venture of Central Joint Stock Corporation – IDEC Vietnam Joint Stock Company fails to present the appraised adjusted construction design, it must demolish the offending part by itself.
