In addition to a fine of 90 million VND, the Chairman of Thanh Hoa City People’s Committee asked the investor to stop construction and within 90 days to complete a dossier to request the competent authority to adjust the design for the violating works. above.

At the end of the 90-day time limit (from April 29, 2022), if the investor fails to present the appraised adjusted construction design, he/she must demolish the violating part by himself.
