Specifically, at the above time, the truck carrying BKS 37C-284.xx, including driver and assistant (unidentified) went from the residential area of ​​hamlet 2 (Nghi Yen commune) across the North-South railway. towards National Highway 1A.

At this moment, the train running in the direction of Hanoi – Vinh rushed to the right. The impact caused the truck to be thrown several meters away and overturned.

The incident left one person dead on the spot, another person was seriously injured, and people were quickly taken to the hospital for emergency treatment. It is known that this crossroads has no barriers and is extremely dangerous.
