As for acts at the level of provocation, teasing, insulting, defaming the honor and dignity of others, a fine of 2-3 million VND will be imposed.
Notably, if the behavior of the young man is intentional, leading to the victim feeling embarrassed, confused, and seriously affecting his psyche and health, it will constitute the crime of Humiliating others.
