Publishing 25 websites showing signs of law violation

The Department of Radio, Television and Electronic Information (under the Ministry of Information and Communications) has just announced a list of 25 illegal websites for advertising service dealers, advertising publishers, Advertisers do not publish advertising products on these websites.

Specifically, websites are warned that there are signs of violations of the law when providing pornographic content, gambling video games, and exchanging prizes.

Previously, on July 20, 2021, Decree 70/2021/ND-CP amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree 181/2013/ND-CP detailing the implementation of the Law on Advertising promulgated by the Government implementation, including many new regulations related to the provision of cross-border advertising services.

The publication of infringing websites is a recommendation for advertising service dealers not to release advertising products at websites with signs of infringement.

Also according to the Ministry of Information and Communications, websites that violate the law are currently being handled and prevented by the Ministry of Information and Communications in coordination with competent agencies.
