The bodies of mother and daughter were discovered floating in the river

On the afternoon of May 21, Mr. Dau Xuan Truong – Chairman of the People’s Committee of Dien Ky commune (Dien Chau district, Nghe An province) said that he had just discovered the bodies of mother and daughter floating on the Bung River, which flows through the commune.

Earlier, in the morning of the same day, people went fishing on the Bung River in panic when they discovered the bodies of mother and daughter floating on the water. On the shore is a bicycle. The incident was quickly reported to the local authorities.

Upon receiving the news, Dien Ky Commune Police were present at the scene with people to retrieve and bring the bodies of mother and daughter ashore.

The identity of the mother was identified as Ms. Vo Thi S. (SN 1980) and the body of her son was about 6 years old, residing in Tho Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, Nghe An.

According to relatives, on the afternoon of May 20, Ms. S. rode a bicycle to carry her children out of the house but did not return. The family organized a search but to no avail. Then post pictures of mother and daughter S. on social networks to search.

When family members were looking for them, they received information that they had discovered the bodies of mother and daughter and came to realize that they were mother and daughter of S. It is known that Ms. S. has no husband and is currently living with her mother.

At present, the family has brought the victim’s body to the burial according to local custom.
