Restaurants and pubs often order drinks for customers. Many retail customers who are not familiar with this specialty want to try it. It is estimated that this year’s season, the shop will also sell a few kilos of pretend animals for customers to enjoy.

“Every year, it is quite expensive because of the crop failure, the quantity is small, the selling price is 400,000-600,000 VND/kg. This year is a good season, pretending to be surprisingly cheap, just over half the price compared to every year, only 240,000 VND/kg, so retail. If a customer has a need for ready-to-cook processing, the store also supports the customer. If you stir-fry the squash, the price is about 170,000 VND, including half a pound of it, or if you roast the lemon leaves, the price is only 140,000 VND”, the store representative added.
