The improper collection of waste also affects the general environmental landscape, as well as the goal of building rural areas into livable countryside of Thuong Tin district.

Information to Economy & Urban, Deputy Head of Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Thuong Tin district Le Manh Hung said that the district has planned and implemented waste collection and transit points in 29/29 communes and towns. At the same time, signing contracts with units to collect and transport over 98% of residential waste.

According to a representative of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Thuong Tin district, 100% of villages, hamlets and residential areas in the district have regulations on gathering points for transshipment and waste treatment. 100% of communes have regulations on environmental protection, regulations on waste collection, etc. However, the record in To Hieu commune shows that the actual implementation, management and supervision process at the facility is still different. different from the district report.
