Goodbye Hanoi, see you again at SEA Games 32 in Cambodia

Mr. Nguyen Van Hung – Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Mr. Chu Ngoc Anh – Chairman of Hanoi People’s Committee presented prizes to typical athletes at SEA Games 31.

1. Athlete Nguyen Thi Oanh won 3 individual gold medals in athletics in the content: 1,500m, 5,000m, 3,000m obstacle course.

2. Athlete Joshua Robert Atkinson won 4 gold medals in athletics in the following events: 400m, 800m, 4x400m medley relay, and men 4x400m relay.

3. Athlete Nguyen Huy Hoang won gold in the 400m freestyle event (also breaking the SEA Games record with a result of 3’48″06), 800m freestyle, 1500m freestyle, 200m butterfly, 4x200m freestyle relay (breaking the record). 31st SEA Games record with a total achievement: 7’16″31). In total, Nguyen Huy Hoang won 5 gold medals, breaking 2 SEA Games 31 records.

4. Female swimmer Jing Wen Quah won 3 individual gold medals, 1 individual SEA Games record, 3 relay gold medals, won a total of 6 gold medals, broke 1 SEA Games record.
