MATERIAL:

1.5 liters of bone broth

Abalone 300g meat; Crab meat 100g

Fresh lotus seeds 20g; 1 chicken egg

Fresh Cordyceps Mushroom 200g

100g of ground corn; 30g corn kernels

30g fresh shiitake mushrooms; 30g snow mushrooms; 30g fat mushrooms

10g seasoning powder; 5g seasoning; 5g sugar; 70g cornstarch; 100g of filtered water.

MAKING:

– Preliminarily cleaned abalone, separate the bare intestines through boiling water for 2-3 minutes, cut into pieces

– Finely chopped mushrooms.

– Put the corn, corn kernels and broth in turn, bring to a boil over low heat, then add the mushrooms and bring to a boil. Add seasonings, sugar, salt, and seasoning to taste

Then add the crab meat, abalone to a simmer, continue to add the beaten eggs. Then add the shiitake mushrooms, add the tapioca starch, and gently stir until it boils again. Turn off the stove.

– Ladle into a bowl to add pepper and a little coriander to enjoy.
