Prime Minister sends congratulatory letter to U23 Vietnam on winning the 31st SEA Games gold medal

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh sent a congratulatory letter to the Training Board and the Vietnam national U23 men’s football team right after the team won the gold medal at the 31st SEA Games.
