The project is implemented with the following objectives: Developing a tourism development project in Hue City and building a smart tourist information system; develop urban cultural tourism center and expand urban walking network in Hue; install smart lighting systems and surveillance cameras along the banks of the Perfume River; building public administrative capacity in tourism development and urban management.
