About 20 countries provide security aid to Ukraine

In an online meeting with allies, US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said that about 20 countries have announced new security aid packages for Kiev.

Minister Austin said that among the countries that announced new security aid packages to Kiev were Italy, Denmark, Greece, Norway and Poland. In particular, Denmark will provide the Harpoon anti-ship missile system to protect the coast of Ukraine, while the Czech Republic will provide attack helicopters, tanks and missile systems.

Also at the press conference, Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley said that Washington has not yet thought about the possibility of redeploying US forces in Ukraine.
