At the Commune People’s Committee, 100% of incoming and outgoing documents are processed electronically and are digitally signed.

“When a highland commune is facing special difficulties, if the digital transformation is successful, it will be applied to all communes in the area. To be successful in digital transformation, it must be people-centered.” Mr. Hoang Van Soan, Vice Chairman of Tu Le Commune People’s Committee, said.

“Our opinion is that the more difficult it is, the more benefits digital transformation will bring. The determination of the commune leaders and Van Chan district leaders is very high.
