In the heart of Hai Phong, there is an island with two seas, the blue water is like the Maldives “Vietnamese version”.
As a small island located in 388 islands of Cat Ba archipelago, Hai Phong, Tu Do Island (also known as “Freedom island” by foreign tourists) is probably a unique island in Vietnam. There are two sea sides that few people know about. Nestled in Lan Ha Bay, perhaps Tu Do Island is considered the most unique landscape here.

In the evening, guests can organize a BBQ party, enjoy fresh seafood caught on the island, drink cocktails with friends. Tu Do Island still retains the wildest features of nature, so all activities that visitors participate in are very private and undisturbed.
The best time to visit Tu Do Island is in April-June or September-October. The poetic and charming scenery of this place will surely make visitors fall in love and forget the dust and noise of the city. Seen from above, Tu Do Island is as beautiful as foreign beaches.
