“We have an international record for fast service. In just 13.5 seconds, diners will receive their food”the restaurant claims on their website.

Thanks to the lightning fast service, the restaurant became famous and attracted many diners. Ironically, this means customers often have to wait in line for their turn to eat.

Besides, many people wonder about the secret of the restaurant. How can they serve food in such a short time?

In fact, the restaurant offers traditional Mexican dishes that require a long cooking time using the slow-cooking method. Therefore, they have prepared the dishes ready since the shop opened.

After sitting down, diners are served dishes including fried beans, salsa, chips. The reason the restaurant is able to serve diners so quickly is because they only have one main dish, called “carne en su jugo”. Karne Garibaldi’s carne en su jugo recipe is a well-kept secret.

The restaurant’s head of communications, Laura Mariaud, says the restaurant’s goal is to give diners the best service, so that they can experience a delicious meal in no time. Therefore, they are determined to be the fastest.
