Cattle running freely on the road causing traffic accidents is not uncommon, especially in rural areas.
The clip recorded by a car’s dash cam recorded an accident that happened at 6:10 p.m. on May 21, attracting the attention of the online community.
According to the clip, on the dike road at dusk, a car with a dash cam is moving. Suddenly, a cow galloped up from the bottom of the dike and ran straight to the left side of the road.
The driver of the car did not have time to steer, so he rammed the cow. The direct hit caused the cow to be thrown into the air and then fell, sliding to the top of the motorbike of the man in white shirt going in the opposite direction.
Fortunately, that man had observed the situation from afar, so he slowed down, so only his motorbike fell and there was no unfortunate accident.

1. A fine of between VND 60,000 and VND 100,000 shall be imposed for one of the following violations:
