The resolution assigns the Government to allocate and assign budget capital plans to each ministry, central agency and locality according to regulations before July 1.
For more than VND 7,942 billion in development investment capital from the central budget that have not been eligible for allocation, the National Assembly Standing Committee requested the Government to urgently review and complete the legal basis, allocation plan, report to the National Assembly Standing Committee for consideration and decision before September 1.
In addition, the National Assembly Standing Committee assigned the Finance and Budget Committees, the Ethnic Council and other Committees of the National Assembly, the National Assembly Delegation, National Assembly deputies, People’s Councils at all levels and the State Audit. , supervise and audit the implementation of this Resolution.
