In the clip, a woman driving a scooter is traveling on the road when she is suddenly approached by two young men running in the same direction. Right after that, the guy in the back reached out his hand to snatch the gold chain around the victim’s neck and quickly increased the gas to escape.
Suddenly robbed, the woman lost her balance and fell on the road. Discovering the incident, a man standing nearby ran over to examine the victim’s situation.
