This product is suspended from circulation and recalled nationwide because it does not meet the quality requirements of the criterion “Preservatives of the Isothiazolinon group” according to the provisions of the ASEAN Cosmetic Harmonization Agreement and Circular No. 06/2011/ TT-BYT dated 25/01/2011.

The Drug Administration of Vietnam requests the Department of Health of the provinces and cities to notify the business establishments, using cosmetics in the area to immediately stop the circulation and use of the cosmetic batch, and return the product to the product supplier. and carry out the recall of the above mentioned cosmetic product batch; inspect and supervise the units implementing this announcement; handle violating units according to current regulations.

Fit Cosmetics Joint Stock Company in collaboration with Today Cosmetics Joint Stock Company must send a recall notice to the places that distribute and use the cosmetic product batch of Dr. Clean strawberry flavor mentioned above; Receive products returned from business establishments and conduct a recall of the entire batch of cosmetics that do not meet regulations.

Send a report on recalling a batch of cosmetics that do not meet regulations to the Drug Administration of Vietnam before June 15, 2022.

The Drug Administration of Vietnam also requested the Department of Health of Ho Chi Minh City and the Department of Health of Long An province to inspect Fit Cosmetics Joint Stock Company and Today Cosmetics Joint Stock Company in complying with the provisions of the law on cosmetic management. products in the production and trading of cosmetics.

Monitor the recall of cosmetic batches that do not meet regulations; Handle and sanction violations according to current regulations and report the results to the Drug Administration of Vietnam before June 30, 2022.
